HSI Professional Glider Ceramic Flat Iron

I have been wanting a new straightener for a while now. I have a Chi Iron and love how it works, but I've been wanting a new one with an adjustable temperature control. I started comparing the different brands at JC Penny, but never settled on one. (felt like Goldilocks) I wanted all the bells and whistles, temperature control (like stated above :-), heat proof bag, heat protective conditioning element. (like a spray or conditioner) I found this one : HSI Professional Glider Ceramic Flat Iron, and decided to try it out.

Right away I was impressed with the packaging and the amount of accessories that came with the iron. Let's start first with the most important part- the iron. The dial goes from 140-450°F, it has a textured grip for non-slippage, (definitely needed when your hands are slippery from styling products) a beautiful protective bag, cable tie, and mine came with  a sample of their Argan Oil Leave-In Treatment and a sample of their Argan Oil Conditioner. Thankfully the products contain NO parabens and NO propylene glycol, which makes me an instant fan of their product line. 
The plates are smooth and slightly curved at the sides, which helps with gliding the hair through and with creating soft curls. Keep in mind when straightening you never hold the straightener still on any piece of hair, it should be used in a continuous motion. I've burned my hands slightly from time to time with hair tools, and I thought it was such a good idea that they included a heat protective glove. All in all I've been very impressed with this iron and all the accessories.

The Premier White Board is pretty decent for its price point.  I have been wanting to get one of these for quite a while now.  So many times we try to juggle tasks and to-do lists, keeping them to the forefront of our minds. Then bam, we get busy around the house and completely forget to stick to our lists.
