At first glance, it does appear a bit tinker toyish, but looks can be deceiving. The lighter construction makes it easier to mount on thinner walls and being that it's less weighty it can be secured easier than heavier models.
Great little camera, don't let the build fool ya.

Looks can be deceiving, this lightweight camera packs a hard punch.  I thought it was subpar quality because of the build, but that turns out to be a plus.  
The quality is one of the best I have so far. I just need to figure out the app interface. It's not as easy to use as other apps I've dealt with, but it also doesn't stutter or freeze like other apps do.

The Premier White Board is pretty decent for its price point.  I have been wanting to get one of these for quite a while now.  So many times we try to juggle tasks and to-do lists, keeping them to the forefront of our minds. Then bam, we get busy around the house and completely forget to stick to our lists.
