 This oil is great for stress, anxiety, and relaxation, just add 2 drops to your pillow before going to bed. 

When first opening the bottle I could tell that this is a highly concentrated oil. Essential oils are so concentrated that just one drop can go a long way. For instance, you would only need 2-3 drops in a shampoo or conditioner bottle, or you can add a few drops to your bath for a relaxing end to your day. (You can also add it to your lotions.) 
If you have trouble sleeping, use 3 drops in your diffuser to help you have a restful sleep.

 This oil is great to have handy whenever you're having a stressful day. My aunt has anxiety attacks sometimes so my next purchase will be for a diffuser necklace. This will be the best test of the oil's effectiveness. 

I really like the Gya Labs line of essential oils. You can tell when opening the bottle how strong the extract is and they bottle their oils the right way by using dark brown bottles, which protects the oil's strength from sun exposure. Keep in mind that you never want to apply essential oils directly to your skin because of the high concentration. Which is why you want to use them with a carrier oil or dilute the essential oil before use. 

This brand has so many oils to choose from. They allowed me to purchase the Vetiver essential oil at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
