This neoprene compression sleeve is quite interesting to put on. I was a bit confused, at first, I couldn't see how it could truly compress since the adjustments kept fastening too loose. I felt like it was compression origami.
It feels like quality neoprene and the velcro is very strong. I wished the method of the closure was different, then I finally realized how well it works once I took a second to see how it all comes together.
I started at the beginning and unfastened all 3 of the velcro straps. I first wrapped the waistband as tightly as I could around my waist. Then I did the same around my left leg and pulled each strap as tightly as possible. (You can use this compression sleeve with either leg) 
I felt such an amazing difference from the knee down. I have had leg fatigue in both legs for a while now. Next time I try working out I'll wear this and another thigh compression sleeve. I'm hoping it will help with the weighted feeling I get after walking for an extended period.

The Premier White Board is pretty decent for its price point.  I have been wanting to get one of these for quite a while now.  So many times we try to juggle tasks and to-do lists, keeping them to the forefront of our minds.
