It actually helps you to understand what some oils would be helpful for. Although there are a few misspelling of words, one can understand what they're trying to say. It does use a lot of the essential oil ingredients and quite a few drops of the carrier oil to reach the satisfaction of what the oil is for. It tells you to be careful not to ingest because it could cause some effects but then it gives you recipes and tells you that you can ingest the oils (it gets a little confusing). The Premier White Board is pretty decent for its price point.  I have been wanting to get one of these for quite a while now.  So many times we try to juggle tasks and to-do lists, keeping them to the forefront of our minds. Then bam, we get busy around the house and completely forget to stick to our lists. Having a main  spot where we can cross out the much-needed lists of to-dos is essential to making the most of your day. This board can also help with brainstorming ideas for work and school. There is no limit to how you can use it.
