I tried the toe separator with my socks and shoes on. It felt a bit odd and tight so I decided to wear them around the house with my slippers instead. 

 My mom tried on the metatarsal pad and except for the strap bothering her a bit, the pads fit perfectly and comfortable under her socks and shoes. 


The gel pad could help some with the front pressure to the ball of your feet when wearing high heels.
I didn't feel much relief, so I'll try them with shorter heels to see if they have more of an effect. 


They are super easy to clean, wash with a little soap and water and you're done. As for the gell pads, wiping with a damp cloth is best since it adheres to the shoe with sticky backing.
