 This is a book that all young women need in their lives. Inspiration and direction is desperately needed in this life during these trying times. We all need help with finding that direction. With God's help we can learn and grow.

It actually helps you to understand what some oils would be helpful for. Although there are a few misspelling of words, one can understand what they're trying to say. It does use a lot of the essential oil ingredients and quite a few drops of the carrier oil to reach the satisfaction of what the oil is for. It tells you to be careful not to ingest because it could cause some effects but then it gives you recipes and tells you that you can ingest the oils (it gets a little confusing).
