MY Konjac Sponge Bamboo Charcoal Facial Sponge I ended up receiving the circular one rather than the tear drop sponge. It works wonderfully!! I soaked it in warm to hot water for about 2 minutes. It did not take long for the sponge to go from hard and coarse to super squishy and soft. I used it with no soap to get the full natural effects described on the product's site.
