HSI Professional Glider Ceramic Flat Iron

Image
I have been wanting a new straightener for a while now. I have a Chi Iron and love how it works, but I've been wanting a new one with an adjustable temperature control. I started comparing the different brands at JC Penny, but never settled on one. (felt like Goldilocks) I wanted all the bells and whistles, temperature control (like stated above :-), heat proof bag, heat protective conditioning element. (like a spray or conditioner) I found this one : HSI Professional Glider Ceramic Flat Iron,  and decided to try it out.  https://www.hsiprofessional.com/collections/straightening-flat-irons-for-hair/products/ceramic-flat-iron-straightener?variant=839318175 Right away I was impressed with the packaging and the amount of accessories that came with the iron. Let's start first with the most important part- the iron. The dial goes from 140-450°F, it has a textured grip for non-slippage, (definitely needed when your hands are slippery from styling products) a beautiful protect

MADY Swimming Goggles

Ok I gotta be honest...(well of course, what other way to be is there?.. it really makes no sense not to be, being any other way would be a waste of my time and yours) But I'll move on, seriously I've been hunting for a new pair of swimming goggles and nose plugs. Hunting for it because the last time I went swimming I had to paddle with one hand holding my nose. I don't know if water automatically goes up there because I had my adenoids taken out or what, but whenever I'm underwater and have nothing to plug my nose, water shoots up there and hurts like someone stuck a cattle prod up my sinuses. Then the chlorine burns my eyes, so it turns out to be a not so pleasant experience. Finding this on Amazon was the fix I needed to swim normally again.  The plug holds on tightly but doesn't feel like it's going to pinch your nose off your face. I tried one from a local store a while back and it was make completely of hard plastic. It was too painful to wear for

Black Cat Mom Crescent Moon T-Shirt

Black Cat Mom Crescent Moon T-Shirt           I'm a cat person, my mom is a cat person, so I could not resist the temptation of trying out this t-shirt. I love the crescent moon design and the royal blue color is striking.  Plus the design of the kitty is downright adorable and  looks like it is made from a high quality transfer .  It fits true to size, somewhat form fitting (when I loose weight it'll be looser lol), it is very comfy and soft. It can pair with pretty much anything, jeans, white skirt or shorts, for the beach or just out to the stores. I love the fact that it's 100% cotton, but with that in mind it might shrink a bit in the wash. I suggest washing it in cold water, perhaps in Woolite, tumble dry low. What better way to show your kitty support than to get a shirt showing you represent ;-) One great idea is to buy a few and hold an auction to help out your local kitty rescue center. There's a choice of colors and sizes, click the

INNX Waterproof Pet Cargo Liner Cover Heavy Duty Non Slip

Image
INNX Waterproof Cargo Liner           It was sort of frustrating when I started to unfold and setup the liner, but then common sense kicked in. (or at least I'd like to think so ;-) The easiest way to start is at the end, make sure when unfolding it, you have the flap over the edge of your car, (flapped out) hanging over the edge. Then at the top, make sure the little added compartment is facing you. It has Velcro on the sides, if you have a carpeted interior it'll adhere with no problem, if not it comes with a Velcro strip you can glue to the desired spot, so it can stay in place securely. S tretch it out to cover the edges of your back bumper, then you take the strap at the top and put it  over the head rest.  It is supposed to be waterproof and I think this one might be a little bit too small because when installing it there remains a gap at the lower outer corners.  So it won't be waterproof in that area.  I have a compact suv and I found the fit somewhat off,
