After going through the guide of essential oils, the best part was the recipes toward the end of the book. It actually helps you to understand what some oils would be helpful for. Although there are a few misspelling of words, one can understand what they're trying to say. It does use a lot of the essential oil ingredients and quite a few drops of the carrier oil to reach the satisfaction of what the oil is for. It tells you to be careful not to ingest because it could cause some effects but then it gives you recipes and tells you that you can ingest the oils (it gets a little confusing). It is interesting and informative, I'll try out the recipes with the oils I have. I found this book  to be very helpful, read it and enjoy better health. (always use caution when using and test out oils on a small area first)
