Essential Oils: Ultimate Essential Oils Guide and 89 Powerful Essential Oil Recipes

Essential Oils: Ultimate Essential Oils Guide and 89 Powerful Essential Oil Recipes! (2nd Edition) - How to Use Essential Oils for Aromatherapy and Healthy ... Loss, Essential Oil Recipes, Aromatherapy)

After going through the guide of essential oils, the best part was the recipes toward the end of the book. It actually helps you to understand what some oils would be helpful for. Although there are a few misspelling of words, one can understand what they're trying to say. It does use a lot of the essential oil ingredients and quite a few drops of the carrier oil to reach the satisfaction of what the oil is for. It tells you to be careful not to ingest because it could cause some effects but then it gives you recipes and tells you that you can ingest the oils (it gets a little confusing). It is interesting and informative, I'll try out the recipes with the oils I have. I found this book  to be very helpful, read it and enjoy better health. (always use caution when using and test out oils on a small area first)

Hip Strap, Sciatica Brace/SI Belt

Image
BODYMATE Compression Brace for Hip, Sciatica Nerve Pain Relief Thigh Hamstring, Quadriceps, Joints, Arthritis, Groin Wrap for Pulled Muscles This neoprene compression sleeve is quite interesting to put on. I was a bit confused, at first, I couldn't see how it could truly compress since the adjustments kept fastening too loose. I felt like it was compression origami. It feels like quality neoprene and the velcro is very strong. I wished the method of the closure was different, then I finally realized how well it works once I took a second to see how it all comes together. I started at the beginning and unfastened all 3 of the velcro straps. I first wrapped the waistband as tightly as I could around my waist. Then I did the same around my left leg and pulled each strap as tightly as possible. (You can use this compression sleeve with either leg)  I felt such an amazing difference from the knee down. I have had leg fatigue in both legs for a while now. Next time I try working...

Premier White Board

Image
The Premier White Board is pretty decent for its price point.  I have been wanting to get one of these for quite a while now.  So many times we try to juggle tasks and to-do lists, keeping them to the forefront of our minds. Then bam, we get busy around the house and completely forget to stick to our lists. Having a main  spot where we can cross out the much-needed lists of to-dos is essential to making the most of your day. This board can also help with brainstorming ideas for work and school. There is no limit to how you can use it. I am also going to set up a calendar so I can go through the to-do lists on a month to month basis.  The instructions are pretty generic, but if you're a handy person you should be able to figure it out. Once assembled you will find that it has a sturdy platform and you will see how easy it goes together. Its square tubing is close to an inch thick and the wheels roll well. Since there's no list of parts for the instructions, I...

Car Seat Belt Adjuster

Comfortable and Safe  Car Seat Belt Adjuster  for Kids & Adults       by   HLFeng Whenever I drive my car, I always have a problem with the seat belt. It is always too close to my neck which is very uncomfortable. Sometimes it ends up scratching my neck as well.     I finally found a small invention that corrects this problem. This small leather wrap-around, which is called a seat belt adjuster is easy to put on your seatbelt, it looks like a small wrist band, and fastens together with velcro. All you have to do is open it up, grab the seat 2 staps of the seat belt after the buckle, and wrap it around. Then slide it up to the point where your seatbelt is comfortable. It's excellent, good for all seatbelts, in the front as well as for the back seats. No matter what kind of car you drive, they will fit perfectly. No more seatbelt marks on your neck! There are two adjusters in a bag, so you will want to get more th...
