 It's summer and let's face it, sometimes the immense heat can drive us indoors. Heat stroke is no joke. One has to remember to drink plenty of water and do what they can to keep their body temperature from reaching dangerous levels. 

What can you do when it's a hot, yet beautiful day out? ...You make sure you have plenty of water, a hat, a cooling towel, and (now my new go-to summer addition) a portable fan. 

This is a totally cute personal fan, that you can take with you anywhere. It comes in 2 colors, pink (which I chose) and white with a yellow fan blade. It has 3 speeds to choose from and no batteries are needed- it's rechargeable. (so happy about that feature) The light on the fan blinks red while charging, then turns to a solid red when charged up. It also has a hole for a lanyard/wristband, but for some reason, mine did not come with one, I'm still waiting to hear back from the company about that part. I almost forgot to mention it also comes with a matching stand so it can go from handheld to stationary. 

You can go from taking it with you on walks to using it as a desk fan. It can also come in handy if you lose electricity. Just make sure you have it charged up or have micro USB battery backups to power it up. 

 It's cute and sturdy, made from quality hard plastic (don't take chances, make sure to add a lanyard so you don't drop it:) 

 You'll end up wanting to get one for everyone in the family! Remember to keep cool this summer :)
