Customer service is top notch. They get back to you super 

quickly if you have any concerns. The material is soft and the

quality is superior than the typical pocket belts I've tried.

The pockets can fit a lot but be careful of over stuffing it 

because that would make it uncomfortable to wear. Smaller 

phones would be a better fit. It's not really made for the S4 

or Note. Perhaps an IPhone would fit better.
