I would have loved to have had a chance to test out this scale, being that I have another to compare it to. I ship various sized packages every now and then, this would have been the perfect scale, (if accurate) to complete many shipping estimates. Unfortunately I have had bad luck with getting the order done and time ran out for my review. The company has been good about getting back to me in a timely manner, but I have spent too much time going back and forth, hours of writing back to them and trying one promo code after another, that time would have been served better doing something else. This scale and a bathroom scale was originally supposed to be free in exchange for my review. Except they spent hours of my time with the wrong codes, with cost me time (which we all know = money). Now the new code they gave me changes the cost from free to $7 for the bathroom scale and $10 for the postal scale. Which would have been fine if they were just upfront about it from the beginning instead of playing pin the tail on Amazon, with codes that lead no where. Then after all they put me through, sending me a re-invite to the promo, with the changed price. Nice. What ever happened to customer service???

It actually helps you to understand what some oils would be helpful for. Although there are a few misspelling of words, one can understand what they're trying to say.
